Treble Operator Terms

Version 1.0. Effective on acknowledgement.

Treble is a working tool provided by The Agentic Lab to people the business has authorised by name. By using it you agree to the following.

1. Your access is personal. The business enrolled your email address. The passkey and the device sign-in belong to you alone. Do not let another person sign in as you, and do not sign in on a device other people use.

2. What you see belongs to the business. Treble shows live customer names, phone numbers, order details and return requests. That information belongs to the business, not to you and not to The Agentic Lab. You may use it to do your job on the returns desk. You may not use it for anything else.

3. Keep it inside the app. Do not copy customer details into personal notes, personal messaging apps, spreadsheets, or your own phone's contacts. Do not photograph or screen-record the desk. If you need to share something about an order, share the order number and speak to the business.

4. Your decisions are real. Accepting or declining a return changes a live order and sends a real email to a real customer. Read the request before you decide.

5. Secure the device. Keep a passcode or Face ID on the phone you use Treble on. Tell the business the same day if the phone is lost or stolen, or if you think someone else has used your access.

6. Access ends when the business says it ends. The business can remove your access at any time, without notice, for any reason. Your duty to keep customer information confidential does not end with your access. It continues.

7. The app is provided as it is. The Agentic Lab builds and runs Treble but does not guarantee it will be available without interruption. Do not rely on a push notification as your only way of knowing a return arrived. Check the desk.

8. Personal data. The business is responsible for the customer personal data shown in Treble under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. The Agentic Lab processes it on the business's instructions. You handle it on the business's behalf. Handle it the way you would want yours handled.

9. Law and language. These terms follow the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Cairo hear any dispute. This matches the terms RYZE publishes to its customers.
